We usually ship from our warehouse in Ottawa using Canada Post Expedited. We switch to FedEx Ground if there's a postal disruption. Average shipping time is usually a few days for Ontario and Quebec. BC is about five days. NS, NB, SK, AB, MB are usually four days. NL and Northern Territories can take longer depending on mail service in your area. These estimates can change if there are shipping delays.
